The results show that the effectiveness levels in the different domains are, globally, acceptable. ln the academical domain, the universities are less effective than polytechnics. ln spite of that, the differences are not, statistically, significant. ln the moral domain, the Polytechnic lnstitutes are more effective than the Universities and, besides, the differences are, statistically, significant. Finally, in the external adaptation domain, the situation is inverted because the Universities are more effective than the Polytechnic lnstitutes. ln this case, the differences are not, statistically, significant.
